
What's involved in the detox ?
There is NO need to skip meals or go hungry - this is NOT a fasting diet!
The key principles

Eliminating foods that hinder detoxification (e.g. meat, sugar, caffeine, alcohol).

Adding foods and nutrients that actively support your body's detox process.
Detox days: Wed 9th to Tues 15th April

Daily focus: Detox-supportive food and drinks.

Day 3 (Fri) and 5 (Sun): Fruits & veg (e.g. soups, salads, smoothies).

Day 4 (Sat): Liquids only - designed to avoid hunger - and rest.

Throughout: Encouraged activities like sauna and journalling.
Preparation needed

By Sunday 23rd March - Complete a health questionnaire - This allows me to personalise your plan.

By Wed 26th March - (Optional) Order supplements – Ensures enough time for sourcing and delivery.

Sat 5th to Tues 8th April - Shop (based on your customised list) and do light food prep.
