About Scotti
Hi, I'm Scotti
REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST, mBANT & FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PRACTITIONER
It was my own experience of peri-menopause, burnout and depression that led to my discovery of how nutrition can be used to support both physical and mental health. I used this inspiration to transition from humanitarian aid to personalised nutrition and functional medicine, aiming now for a revolution in resilience, vitality and healthy ageing.
This journey has led to my deep dive into the science around the transition to menopause and numerous aspects of mental health, particularly the effects on sleep, mood, focus and cognition.
I know first-hand the challenges of peri-menopause and mental health - and all that comes with it. I've been there. And I've worked through it, with a comprehensive approach. I can help you through it, too.
My MSc dissertation investigated the mechanisms underlying
hormonal fluctuations and ADHD in attention,
and designing an RCT to investigate the effects of L-theanine of focus
in (peri)menopausal women with ADHD.
Armed with this and further research and understanding, my aim is to help other women navigate menopause and brain health with ease and confidence.

Raised in Alaska, I lived a nomadic life until
Geneva became home in 2010
My happiest moments are in the mountains, cycling in the city
and in authentic connection with friends.
