Each woman's experience of menopause is unique. In navigating menopause, I emphasise the importance of personalised nutrition plans tailored to each woman's individual needs. By incorporating nutrient-dense foods, we can support hormonal balance and alleviate menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue. Additionally, I use functional medicine to explore the root drivers of hormonal imbalances and using targeted interventions to optimise overall health.
